And we know all this because we’ve had those “sometimes” ourselves. In fact, all of us in the NLP Scotland retreat team are committed to the idea of you re-treating yourself because we know from first-hand experience how great it feels to be able to walk with a spring in your step and go with a lighter heart.

Who Is The NLP Scotland Retreat Team?
At NLP Scotland, we believe in personal attention. This means that there will always be two facilitators at our retreats, with a maximum number of 10 “re-treaters”. Our Retreat Team comprises highly qualified and experienced individuals, committed to helping you achieve your outcomes.
Jane Talbot:
Jane’s career in the field of education, training and personal development spans over 20 years. She has been a teacher, firefighter, HR professional, personal fitness trainer and change coach before working with Jeff at NLP Scotland as an independent training consultant, coach, storyteller and therapist. She runs programmes in NLP, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Coaching, Reiki, Presentation Skills and Storytelling.
Jeff Goodwin:
Jeff has been training and coaching for over 6 years, and is an exceptional Therapist and Coach, he is also a trainer of NLP, Hypnosis, Modelling, Coaching, Storytelling, Presentation Skills and photo-reading. His training and coaching takes him from Scotland and the UK to USA.
Ben Dowman:
Ben has been working in the field of education, training and personal development for over 10 years. He now works as a freelance NLP Trainer, Hypnosis Trainer, HNLP coach and outdoor education instructor.
